Job Details

Job Title: RPA Developer

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Duration: 12+ months but high possibility of extension

Job description:

The candidate will work cross-functionally with business operations and business analysts to create and optimize workflow processes. The candidate should also lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing, and fixing bugs. The candidate should have hands on experience in RPA technology platform (UiPath).

Skills/Experience:

  • Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath.
  • Create technical specification documents (SDD) and ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs within the UiPath ecosystem.
  • Leverage Orchestrator APIs and manage API publishing through API Management (APIM) tools.
  • Work with credential management tools such as Azure Key Vault (AKV) and CyberArk.
  • Configure and utilize Datadog for logging, monitoring, and alerting of automation workflows and infrastructure health.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Integrate UiPath solutions with external systems of record (e.g., ERP, CRM, Databases).
  • Troubleshoot complex automation issues and provide production support.
  • Stay updated on UiPaths AI, ML, and cognitive capabilities and explore their applicability.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience with UiPath and other RPA tools and cognitive platforms.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages such as Python, C/C++, VBScript, Java, JavaScript, or .NET.
  • Strong understanding of workflow-based logic and automation best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with databases (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle).
  • UiPath certifications such as UiPath Certified RPA Developer or RPA Solution Architect are highly desirable.
  • Problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods.
  • Ability to integrate with external systems of record with the UiPath products
  • Experience with AI/ML capabilities within UiPath and related automation trends.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to navigate and resolve ambiguous or complex technical scenarios.
  • Experience in migrating UIPath products from on-prem to UIPath Cloud.
  • Experience in using Agentic Automation

Degree Requirements:

  • 5+ w/bachelor s degree

Certification Requirements:

  • UiPath Certified RPA Developer or RPA Solution Architect is highly desirable.
