Job Details
Our direct end client is looking for a UI/UX share point designer for a short term project. Must be in the office 1-2 days a week (Eagan, MN).
Type: Contract 2 months, possible to extend
Location: Eagan 1-2 days a week, Thursday for sure.
Pay rate $45-50 w2
Position Overview:
Analyze existing SharePoint sites and provide recommendations for improvement in user interface, document management, collaboration, and workflow.
Understand business processes and identify opportunities for leveraging SharePoint capabilities to improve efficiency and productivity.
Develop engaging and interactive user experiences (UX) that enhance internal user satisfaction.
Develop custom components, web parts, workflows, and forms using SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Power Platform, or other development tools.
Ensure alignment with corporate and employment brand principles.
Manage SharePoint lists, libraries, and content types to organize and structure data effectively.
Conduct testing of SharePoint solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
Identify and address any issues or bugs in the solution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments.
Project Overview:
As a contract UX/UI SharePoint Designer, you will play a vital role in optimizing our technology use to meet business objectives. This position will create user-friendly, aesthetically engaging interfaces that bring simplicity and efficiency to the complex design of our human resource SharePoint sites

Responsibilities/ Required Experience:
2+ years experience in designing, customizing, and developing solutions within the SharePoint platform.
Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and other SharePoint development tools.
Familiarity with building apps, services, and connectors using Microsoft Power Apps.
Experience evaluating business processes.
SharePoint designer experience with Microsoft SharePoint lists, libraries, and content types.
Experience testing SharePoint solutions.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
