1.SAP Plant maintenance (PM): Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PM/EAM Consultant to support and optimize our enterprise asset management processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance module, strong integration knowledge with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, FI), and a deep understanding of maintenance and asset lifecycle management best practices. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, design, and implement SAP PM/EAM solutions to support preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance strategies.
Configure SAP PM master data including functional locations, equipment, task lists, maintenance plans, and work orders
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Integrate SAP PM with MM (spare parts), FI/CO (cost tracking), and PP (production planning).
Lead or support SAP PM implementations, rollouts, and upgrades.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PM-related issues; provide ongoing support and training to users.
Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams for enhancements or custom developments.
Assist in asset lifecycle management, including acquisition, operation, maintenance, and decommissioning. Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance and EAM.
Proven track record in SAP PM configuration and process design.
Strong understanding of asset management standards (ISO 55000 preferred).
Experience with integration to SAP MM, FI/CO, and PP modules.
Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and lead business discussions.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
SAP S/4HANA experience is a strong plus.
