Senior ServiceNow Developer


We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions supporting ITSM and ITOM operations. This is a hybrid onsite role in Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop & implement ServiceNow solutions and integrations
Customize ServiceNow applications, workflows & modules
Perform Service Mapping, Discovery & Event Management
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into solutions
Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance
Conduct code reviews & maintain technical documentation
Mentor junior developers
Ensure compliance with coding standards & security policies

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of ServiceNow development/admin experience
Strong hands-on with JavaScript, APIs (REST/SOAP), HTML, CSS
Deep understanding of ITSM & ITOM processes
Experience with ITSM, CSM (PSDS), HAM
Agile/Scrum environment experience
ServiceNow certifications highly preferred
