Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure. This role is critical to building out our Google Cloud Platform foundation as part of a multi-cloud strategy, supporting enterprise-grade solutions and platform-level services.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deploy Google Cloud Platform infrastructure using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
Manage core Google Cloud Platform services including IAM, VPC, GKE, DNS, firewall, and load balancing.
Automate provisioning and enforce security, compliance, and governance policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application deployment and platform scalability.
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and optimize performance and cost.
Provide architectural guidance and hands-on support for platform-level services.
Support scalable networking design including high availability, redundancy, and failover
Must have Qualifications: Must reflect on the resume too
5+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years in Google Cloud Platform infrastructure engineering.
Google Cloud Professional Certification (e.g., Architect, DevOps Engineer).
Proficiency in Terraform, Python/Bash, and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Cloud Build).
Strong understanding of cloud networking, IAM, and security best practices.
Experience with Kubernetes, GKE, and container orchestration
Preferred Qualifications: Preference will be given to these candidates only.
Experience with hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
Familiarity with APIGX, Anthos, and service mesh technologies.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to platform strategy
