Description

We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Lewis Center, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in supporting technical operations and ensuring smooth hardware and software functionality. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your knowledge of computer systems and provide exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities:
Prepare, image, and deploy computer hardware to meet organizational requirements.
Assist with hardware refresh projects, ensuring timely and accurate replacements.
Provide Tier 1 support by troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues.
Perform data transfers and ensure secure handling of sensitive information.
Collaborate with team members to address user concerns and improve IT operations.
Maintain detailed records of technical activities and support requests.
Offer guidance on Microsoft technologies to end users as needed.
Test and verify the functionality of new hardware and software installations.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

Requirements

Strong understanding of computer hardware, including imaging and deployment processes.
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and related troubleshooting.
Experience in Tier 1 technical support or similar roles.
Ability to perform data transfers with attention to security and accuracy.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to document technical activities effectively.
Willingness to collaborate with team members and escalate issues when needed.
