ResponsibilitiesDeliver day-to-day support for Pega PRPC applications in the automotive domainInvestigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement timely fixesDevelop and deploy change requests, hot-fixes, and small feature enhancementsBuild and consume REST/SOAP services; configure SSO (OIDC) integrationsImplement and maintain background agents and batch processes for non-interactive casesMonitor performance, analyze logs (Tracer/Clipboard), and optimize systemsManage Pega deployments via PDM; support CI/CD activities (Tekton, Jenkins)Conduct peer code reviews, enforce best practices for reuse and securityCollaborating with business stakeholders, conducting demos, and estimate effortProactively identify risks and recommend automation to reduce outagesLearn and apply Java fundamentals to support custom Pega integrations



Experience Required6+ years Pega PRPC architecture & development experiencePega CSA and CSSA certifiedStrong hands-on with flow actions, harnesses, activities, decision tables, declarative rulesExpertise in REST integrations (RULE-Connect/Service-REST), XML, OIDC-based SSOProven support-oriented mindset with incident management experienceFamiliar with Pega PDM tool, Agile/Scrum practices, JIRA and ServiceNowExpertise in working with RDBMS such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.Strong experience with CICD systems such as Jenkins, Tekton, etc.Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Google Cloud Platform Logs, Grafana, Splunk, etc.Demonstrated experience in production support and incident management, with a focus on enhancing customer experience.



Education RequiredBachelor's Degree
