Job Details

Job Title: Senior QA Engineer
Location: Remote
Job Summary:
We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer to ensure product quality through automation, regression, and exploratory testing. You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to validate requirements, design test frameworks, and drive continuous quality improvements.
Automated & Manual Testing (60%)
  • Develop and maintain automated and manual test cases.
  • Determine which test cases to automate and enhance existing frameworks.
  • Own and manage the bug backlog.
  • Document test outcomes and identify improvements.
Regression Testing (20%)
  • Build and maintain a solid regression test suite.
  • Identify affected features and ensure proper testing.
  • Participate in off-hours release testing when needed.
Issue Tracking & Support (10%)
  • Work with stakeholders to validate and reproduce user-reported issues.
  • Assist in patch testing and verify fixes.
Quality Process Participation (10%)
  • Contribute to our Quality Management Program: process design, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Experience:
  • 5+ years in software testing with hands-on automation experience.
  • Experience maintaining and running automation test suites.
  • Proven use of Selenium WebDriver and API testing tools like Postman, SoapUI, or Rest Assured.
Skills & Tools:
  • Strong debugging and communication skills.
  • Tools: MS Office, MS SQL, MySQL, Azure, GIT.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized.
