Job Details

Job : SAP Treasury & Banking SME

Location: Middletown, PA

  • Currently Remote

  • May change to hybrid

  • Only candidates within 1.5 hours from Middletown, PA will be considered

  • Onsite locations:

    • PTC Central Administration Building 700 South Eisenhower Blvd, Middletown, PA

    • PTC Turnpike Industrial Park 2850 Turnpike Industrial Drive, Middletown, PA

Serve as the SME and IT point of contact for Finance, Treasury, and Banking systems during the S/4HANA migration, collaborating with system integrators, IT teams, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Act as SME for SAP Finance, Treasury, and Banking activities in S/4HANA migration.

  • Coordinate with project teams, system integrators, and business units.

  • Understand current-state Treasury/Banking processes and map to S/4HANA.

  • Support configuration, development, and testing for SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA.

  • Support data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation.

  • Ensure system upgrades/modifications are properly tested and documented.

  • Assist with reporting, tracking, and analytics improvements.

  • Identify training needs and help create training materials.

  • Troubleshoot issues during cutover and hypercare.

  • Support change management and documentation best practices.

Required Experience

  • 6+ years SAP ECC 6.0 & S/4HANA Treasury/Banking configuration & support.

  • 5+ years configuring Treasury for bonds, money market sweeps, derivatives + FI integration.

  • 5+ years handling lockbox files & electronic bank statements in SAP.

  • 2+ full implementations of SAP Banking/Treasury modules.

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance, Treasury, Banking processes.

  • Experience preparing design docs (functional, technical, testing) and training materials.

  • Month-end/year-end financial process experience in ECC & S/4HANA.

  • Strong reporting design experience (SAC preferred).

Desired Skills

  • Experience integrating SAP ECC/S4 with external systems & vendors.

  • Background job processing experience in SAP.

  • Experience with ACH, check, RTP, and digital payment postings in SAP.

  • Integration experience with banks & collection agencies.

  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow & Azure DevOps (ADO).

  • Brownfield migration experience (ECC S/4HANA), including Fiori transition.

  • Hands-on test case creation, execution, and documentation in ADO.

  • Knowledge of finance/treasury regulations for public sector.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Management or Information Systems (or equivalent).

  • SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) certification strongly preferred.
