Job Details

Genesis10 is currently looking for an IAM Enterprise Password Vault Engineer experience for a 1 year contract role for our fincancial. Candidates can be located anywhere in the US. Candidates living within 2 hours of a KC Fed location will work on-site with 5 days per month work from home flexibility.

Enhanced - s and Permanent Residents with at least 3 years of residency. No Visa holders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installs, updates, maintains, monitors, and tests the operation of systems and applications, including, but not limited to, server back-up support, vulnerability management, change/problem management, and/or asset management.
  • Provides technical support (typically 2nd or 3rd level support) by troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting incidents related to the end-user, systems, applications, and/or hardware.
  • Provide recommendations to customers regarding direction of systems and applications to help secure access, data and assets.
  • Provide accurate and timely response to customer requests for services and support.
    • Leverage a wide range of security technologies including, but not limited to o Logical access controls o Identity and access management
    • Directories (AD, LDAP, etc.)
    • Security Incident Response
    • Privileged Access Management
    • Database and System Monitoring o End-user Password Management
    • Single-Sign on Systems
  • Understand and troubleshoot encryption (SSL/TLS), web traffic, and packet analysis.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement standard operating guidelines and procedures.
  • Review work processes to identify, design, and implement efficiency and information security improvements.
  • Assume subject matter expert role for privileged identity management services and technologies.
  • May partner with other IT teams and/or vendors to resolve incidents. Evaluates, recommends, and/or implements new hardware and software products to business areas/customers to improve efficiency, reliability, or to provide new services.
  • May perform procurement activities.
  • Reviews and/or create application system documentation (e.g., processes, procedures, system flow diagrams) for supported product.
  • Participates in District and/or System projects and/or workgroups.
  • On-call support required on a rotating basis, which might necessitate additional work outside of normal business hours.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Typically requires at least 3 years of relevant experience in managing an Enterprise Vault system.
  • Associate's degree in information technology or a closely related field from a technical/vocational school, an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of directly related education and/or experience.
  • Intermediate understanding of Privileged Access Management and an Enterprise credential vault application required.
  • Performs most work independently with general supervision and direction.
  • May consult with management or more senior staff in decision making.
  • 3+ years of experience preferred with an enterprise level vault system support team.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $55-$65/Hr.
We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
