Job Details

Job Title: Oracle APEX Developer

Duration: 12 months

Location: Austin, TX

Key responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and enhance features in a custom Oracle APEX application to meet future regulatory requirements.
  • Upgrade and maintain the existing APEX application, ensuring alignment with business specifications and stakeholder needs.
  • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL and PL/SQL scripts for efficient, secure, and reliable application functionality.
  • Integrate and synchronize daily uploads from current systems into the APEX application to maintain data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and best practices, including implementing robust data protection measures.

Required Qualification:

  • 8+ years of experience in Web Technologies: Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.
  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle APEX: Proficiency in Oracle Application Express (APEX) for developing web applications.
  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL: Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL for data modelling and PL/SQL for backend programming.
  • 3+ years of experience in Database Management: Experience with Oracle Database management and optimization.
  • 3+ years of experience in APEX Plugins: Familiarity with using and integrating APEX plugins to extend application functionality.
  • Oracle APEX Developer Certified Expert
  • Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate
