Title: SAP Test Manager
Location: Remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Test Manager with over 12 years of expertise in managing end-to-end testing for SAP implementations, upgrades, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP modules (ECC, S4HANA), test strategy development, team leadership, and quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement the overall SAP testing strategy, including unit, integration, system, regression, and UAT phases.
Lead and manage cross-functional testing teams across multiple SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, HCM, SuccessFactors).
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure test coverage and quality.
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts using tools like HP ALM, SAP Solution Manager, Tricentis Tosca, or JIRA.
Coordinate test data preparation, test environment setup, and defect management.
Monitor test execution, track progress, and report test metrics to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, audit requirements, and risk mitigation practices.
Drive automation initiatives and continuous improvement in testing processes.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance feedback to testing teams.
Required Skills Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
12+ years of experience in SAP testing, with at least 5 years in a test management role.
Strong understanding of SAP architecture, business processes, and integration points.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA testing and migration projects.
Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
Preferred Certifications:
ISTQB Certified Test Manager
SAP Certified Application Associate SAP S/4HANA
Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe) optional but beneficial
