Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable marketing automation solutions across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM data integrations, and campaign execution within enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise and scalable solutions for multi-brand, cross-channel marketing initiatives.
Design, build, test, and deploy complex configurations and customizations to support marketing campaigns.
Act as a technical advisor on Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices and campaign optimization.
Continuously evaluate and implement new Marketing Cloud functionality as features are released.
Collaborate with CRM and Data teams to ensure accurate data integration and synchronization with Marketing Cloud.
Establish and promote standards, templates, and processes for efficient and repeatable campaign operations.
Monitor Marketing Cloud usage and reporting to ensure compliance with contractual limits.
Support adherence to global marketing consent and privacy regulations across multiple regions.
Demonstrate curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative marketing solutions.
Work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment, handling multiple priorities and ownership responsibilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
9+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder).
Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer, Administrator, and Consultant (3X Certified).
Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud integration patterns.
Proven experience in end-to-end marketing automation design and implementation.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SQL, AMPscript, and SSJS.
Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with CRM and third-party applications using Connectors, Middleware, REST/SOAP APIs.
Strong understanding of digital marketing operations, data management, and segmentation.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under tight deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and drive technical excellence within the team.
