Job Details

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Consultant with extensive knowledge and experience in designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow Platform. Senior Technical Consultants define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain software applications to support the achievement of business requirements.

Required Skills:
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, Service Mapping
ServiceNow Platform experience as a Developer in the past

Responsibilities:
Manage key project processes such as platform architecture documentation, integration documentation, work-effort estimation, and hands-on advanced development.
Attend, participate, and occasionally lead Scrum meetings.
Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the implementation project team.
Deliver technical development and configuration at the highest standard of technical quality, contributing with assignments, follow-up, and guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
Provide technical design guidance within projects following ServiceNow best practices.
Ensure the Project Lead receives timely updates on assigned tasks to facilitate frequent and proactive customer communication.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Delivery Services processes and the maturing of different portfolios, capabilities, expertise, and best practices, considering customer needs and requirements.
Fill technical or process roles in projects, if needed.
Lead, educate, mentor, and develop Thirdera resources assigned to projects.
Assist in scoping new opportunities, designing tools, and techniques to deliver efficiently.
Act as the final escalation point for technical decision-making within a project.

Certifications Required:
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
Proven experience in two additional product lines outside of ITSM
