Job Details
Must have B.S in computer Science or equivalent
and
10 + year of experience in the following field.
- Provide monitoring and configuration of server/network operations, inclusive of database activity, 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24x7). This can be attained via automated monitoring systems.
- Maintain/Add/configure File Transfer Protocol (FTP), Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), and Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) services.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solving resolution.
- Monitor server and database health network wide and report any issues to other staff, inclusive of a mitigation plan, as required.
- Provide server recovery, data retrieval, and root-cause analysis services in the event of server failure.
- Structure operations to maintain the highest level of Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) compliance and liaise with other agencies as requested.
