Job Details

Duration will be 12 months Extendable.
Local candidates are preferred, but we are open to a hybrid model. Preferably, once a month, onsite.

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant to support our implementation with a focus on Grants Management.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, configure the system, and support testing and deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead requirements gathering sessions with research and grants stakeholders.
Configure Oracle Cloud Grants Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and related modules.
Collaborate with Finance, Grants, and Research Administration teams to align business needs with system functionality.
Support integrations with upstream and downstream systems (e.g., AR, Billing, GL).
Develop and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
Assist in cutover, go-live, and post-production support.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/PPM implementation, with strong knowledge of Grants Management.
Familiarity with research administration, sponsored projects, or higher education/healthcare grants processes.
Strong functional expertise in Project Contracts, Project Billing, and Grants Accounting.
Proven experience with at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
