Role : Senior Director - Client Partner
Location: Phoenix (preferred) or Bay Area CA
Travel: ~30 40% (customers, field & partner events)
Note: Looking for two senior client partners to lead strategic customer accounts in the banking and financial services and high tech verticals.
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Client Partner to anchor and expand our BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) relationships in Phoenix. This role is critical to driving account growth, building executive-level relationships, and shaping transformative technology engagements across Data, Cloud, and AI/ML.
Qualifications
12+ years of experience in IT services/consulting with at least 5+ years managing BFSI accounts.
Strong professional network within BFSI (banking, credit cards, insurance, payments).
Proven track record of growing accounts ($10M+ portfolios) through solution-based selling.
Strong knowledge of Cloud (AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure), Data Engineering, AI/ML, and BFSI regulatory/compliance needs.
Excellent executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to collaborate with global delivery teams and ensure client success.
Bachelor s degree required; MBA preferred.
