Lead Full Stack Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer in Phoenix, AZ (4 days onsite per week) for a 6 Month Contract with extension.

Responsibilities:
* Design and implement user-friendly web interfaces
* Develop and maintain server-side applications
* Manage databases and optimize their performance
* Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless functionality
* Ensure application responsiveness
* Optimize cross-platform performance of web applications for mobile devices
* Keep up with the latest developments in web application technology
* Develop back-end web applications with a strong emphasis on scalability and performance
* Build and maintain front-end web architectures
* Lead a small team by reviewing code providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices are followed

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ experience as Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineer
* Experience Focus: 60% backend development and 40% frontend development
* Frontend/UI: Strong expertise in React.js JavaScript HTML and CSS with solid understanding of UI principles
* Backend & Scripting: Strong emphasis on Java (primary requirement) with Python for scripting and microservices
* Databases: Hands-on experience with Graph DB (Neo4j) JSON data handling and RDBMS such as PostgreSQL DB2 MySQL or MongoDB
* Cloud Platforms: Skilled in deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) or Azure Cloud
* Version Control: Proficient with GitHub for source code management and collaboration

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
