Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic EPAM Unified Communications team.

This role demands expertise in advanced communication technologies, including online conferencing, telephony, and contact center services, to drive impactful business solutions and solve complex challenges.

This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan and deploy Microsoft Teams services encompassing calls, meetings, and PSTN integrations
  • Provide high-level support for complex issues across multiple Unified Communications platforms
  • Operate and optimize voice and video solutions in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform environments
  • Configure and ensure compliance for security assets, including AudioCodes SBC
  • Automate workflows and processes using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Automation
  • Lead the management and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 Copilot services
  • Architect Unified Communications solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive transformation initiatives
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring adaptability to emerging technologies

REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 5 years of experience with Unified Communications technologies including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and potentially Cisco WebEx or Google Meet
  • Expertise in telephony voice and video technologies and data networking design
  • Background in cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform, as well as system administration
  • Proficiency in Contact Center and CPaaS provider solutions
  • Capability to script using PowerShell, Python, or Bash for process automation

NICE TO HAVE
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services and Linux-based setups
  • Understanding of telephony systems and VoIP/PBX technologies
  • Familiarity with online video conferencing platforms
