Job Title: Benefits Program Manager
Location: Pensacola, FL or Vienna, VA
Type: Contract
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid
Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options
Position Type: Multiyear Contract
Requirements:
Manage projects to include implementation of employee benefit initiatives that adhere and support corporate and department strategies
Consult with technical teams to overs the development of system interfaces, queries and reports; implement systems changes and enhancements to include writing business requirements
Oversee the implementation of benefits communication strategies and activities
Participate in the selection and management of vendors and contracts to include contract development and issue resolution
Conduct analyses of data, plan documents, and other related information to provide insights
Qualifications:
Experience in the design, administration, and communication of employee benefits, specifically pharmacy benefits
Knowledge of various types of benefit plans
Experience in managing multiple priorities independently
Knowledge of and ability to interpret/apply, benefits related laws and regulations
