Radiant Logic Engineer
Job Summary:
The Radiant Logic Engineer will support the implementation, configuration, and
sustainment of RadiantOne Virtual Directory Services (VDS) within a federal Identity,
Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) environment. This role is critical to
ensuring robust identity integration and directory virtualization for secure access to
systems across the enterprise. The engineer will work closely with cybersecurity teams,
application owners, and other IAM stakeholders to deliver scalable and policy-compliant
identity federation services
Responsibilities:
Supports the architecture, deployment, and maintenance of Radiant Logic
(RadiantOne) components including VDS, Identity Correlation & Synchronization
(ICS), and Global Identity Builder (GIB).
Designs and implements virtual directory services to abstract and unify identity
data across disparate identity stores (LDAP, AD, DB, etc.).
Develops and manages data transformation and synchronization rules between
authoritative sources and downstream applications.
Collaborates with application and security teams to onboard systems to the
virtual directory service while enforcing access control policies and compliance
requirements.
Troubleshoots identity correlation, synchronization errors, and data quality issues
within the virtualized identity fabric.
Supports integration of Radiant Logic with SSO/MFA platforms.
Assists in preparing documentation for Authority to Operate (ATO) packages and
ensures ongoing compliance with NIST 800-53, CMMC, and FISMA
requirements.
Provides ongoing maintenance, patching, and performance tuning of the Radiant
Logic environment.
Maintains configuration baselines and technical documentation in accordance
with federal change management practices.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong hands-on experience with RadiantOne VDS, ICS, and GIB.
In-depth knowledge of identity directory protocols such as LDAP, LDIF, and
SCIM.
