Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager with a strong background in networking and office buildouts to lead multiple global initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects spanning planning, coordination, execution, and delivery across new office floors, large-scale event spaces, technology-enabled conference rooms, and network infrastructure deployments. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-location projects within corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee the deployment of network infrastructure, AV systems, conference rooms, workstation setups, and common space technology across new office buildouts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Facilities, IT, Networking, AV, Security) to ensure seamless execution.

Sample Project Scope Experience

• NYC: New floor buildout including conference rooms, workstations, copy/print areas, and network infrastructure.
• Sao Paulo, Brazil: Full office buildout including conference rooms, workstations, and network infrastructure.
• London: New floor buildout with full infrastructure deployment.
• San Francisco: New floor buildout with specialized spaces including a Board of Directors room, committee room, 350-person all-hands space, and training rooms.
• Madrid: Expansion of a new floor with complete infrastructure.
• San Jose: Multi-floor buildout with network infrastructure and cafe space.
• Decommissioning Projects: Managed shutdown and removal of infrastructure from decommissioned offices.

Execution & Quality Control

• Ensure that all projects comply with corporate technology standards and security policies.
• Develop and manage project plans, risk assessments, and issue logs.
• Maintain quality control across vendor deliverables and internal workstreams.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the primary point of contact for business leaders, facilities, IT, and vendors.
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation plans to executive sponsors.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years managing infrastructure/networking projects in corporate environments, preferably across multiple countries.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, cabling), AV systems, and corporate IT environments.
• Project Management Skills: Proficient in project planning tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to manage stakeholders across time zones.
• Certifications: PMP or equivalent preferred.
• Other: Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
