Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst with strong UI/UX design expertise to enhance accessibility, usability, and responsiveness within enterprise-level eligibility systems. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in user-centered design, with experience in complex system design and cross-functional collaboration.
This role involves understanding business objectives, analyzing user requirements, identifying solutions, and documenting system functionality. You will also collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality user experiences that align with accessibility standards and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze user requirements, business objectives, and existing systems to identify opportunities for process automation or system improvements.
Conduct user research and journey mapping to identify optimization opportunities.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies consistent with accessibility guidelines and branding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to apply industry best practices in UI/UX design.
Facilitate discovery workshops, feedback sessions, and sprint planning to align design decisions with business needs.
Leverage tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Hotjar to produce designs and conduct usability testing.
Design user interfaces for AI/ML-driven systems, with a focus on explainable AI (XAI) and human-AI interaction.
Translate complex business logic and regulatory requirements into intuitive design solutions.
Create data visualizations that present complex data and AI insights clearly and effectively.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility (WCAG compliance).
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills.
(Bonus) Experience with eligibility determination systems or other rule-based, data-intensive applications.
Candidate Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
11 years of hands-on experience designing user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems, including prototypes, wireframes, and visual hierarchies using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
11 years of demonstrated ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to deliver intuitive design solutions aligned with branding and accessibility standards.
10 years of experience applying UX principles such as hierarchy, contrast, and alignment for responsive and accessible web/mobile design.
10 years of experience creating wireframes and prototypes supporting agile development cycles.
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years of experience designing graphical diagrams and visual narratives for workflows, timelines, and system architecture.
3 years of experience facilitating design workshops and stakeholder feedback sessions.
3 years of Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent (experience may substitute).
3 years of experience managing multiple design streams across concurrent projects.
