Job Title: Ecosystem Marketing Manager

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)

Duration: 10+ Months

About the role:

The Ecosystem Marketing Manager (EMM) will create, manage and deliver a portfolio of high quality marketing assets to all stakeholders like field marketing, communications, social media, events teams, marketing campaigns and demand gen teams in a timely manner and in accordance with the global ecosystem marketing plan. The candidate should ideally have direct experience and a very good understanding of the semiconductor value chain, especially including semiconductor fabs, IP cores, open source IP ecosystem and silicon developments in the AI space. The candidate should also understand the significance of Synopsys to these ecosystem players and create marketing materials accordingly. This role has the potential to evolve into a full-time permanent position within the Global Marketing & Communications group.

Core responsibilities will include:

  • Create compelling marketing collateral for Synopsys participation in ecosystem events Program manage marketing collateral from start to finish in close collaboration with internal product and marketing stakeholders Partner with product management stakeholders to create marketing assets like presentations, technical whitepapers, webinars, blogs and social media content for thought leadership, awareness and demand generation via digital marketing channels Understand data-driven marketing KPIs and ensure all tasks are measured in terms of their impact towards achieving these KPIs Establish a regular reporting process for these KPIs and communicating these to relevant stakeholders withing and outside the marketing organization

  • Key skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in business, marketing or engineering, preferably EE Minimum ten (10) years of experience in product and/or partner or ecosystem marketing Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and its ecosystem and key players with a preference for a strong background in silicon/systems design and/or silicon IP Deep understanding of AI and it is influencing the chip industry - understanding of AI accelerators and related marketing dynamics Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive delivery of communication and follow up Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Must have the ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints
