Must-Have Skills:
- 8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, Accounts Receivable and Billing
- Strong development skills in PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages, SQR, Cobol, and Integration Broker (REST/SOAP)
- Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL, Oracle database, Linux scripting, and AWE workflows
Nice to Have :
- Experience with public sector or State of Texas CAPPS Financials system
- Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, Treasury Offset Program (TOP), or Scrum/STAT frameworks
