Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced GIS Analyst to support the Engineering Department's EAM division with the development of a large-scale ArcGIS application. The role involves compiling, analyzing, and geo-referencing asset data from airports, seaports, and corporate campuses, and integrating them into ArcGIS Portal and ESRI applications. The position requires strong technical GIS skills, data management expertise, and collaboration with technical and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile, manipulate, and analyze geospatial asset data from drawings, spreadsheets, documents, and databases for GIS integration.

  • Clean, organize, and align data with organizational standards.

  • Geo-reference collected data for use in ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Online.

  • Document workflows and data processes from authoritative sources.

  • Collaborate with developers to build GIS/ESRI-based applications.

  • Design, develop, and maintain GIS databases and systems.

  • Create reports, maps, applications, and visualizations for spatial analysis.

  • Use scripting languages to refine GIS data and processes.

  • Leverage ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Online for visualization and analysis.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, GIS, or related technical field.

  • 4+ years of experience in system development and GIS/ArcGIS application support.

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Pro

    • Spatial Data Development & ArcGIS geoprocessing tools (including CAD interoperability)

    • Esri Database Design and Modeling

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Highly responsive, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a positive, solutions-driven approach.

Preferred Skills (a plus)

  • Experience with GPS, Surveying, or Mobile Data Collection.

  • Working knowledge of SQL Databases (ArcSDE).

  • Familiarity with MS SharePoint and MS PowerPoint.

  • Understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) fundamentals.
