Job Details
- Elicit, document, and validate system and functional requirements from business stakeholders across healthcare operations such as claims, enrollment, billing, provider management, and utilization review, Design and maintain
- process flows, data mappings, and system interface specifications.
- Conduct GAP Analysis and impact assessments for systems enhancements, migrations, and compliance changes.
- Perform source to target data mapping and support integration of backend data sources into enterprise systems.
- Partner with development teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Create and execute test plans for functional, integration and regression testing
- Support UAT, defect triaging, and deployment readiness for large scale releases
- Leverage SQL, data querying techniques
