- Perform hands-on Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations, including:
- Backing up and restoring user data
- Installing and configuring Windows 11
- Reinstalling applications and ensuring compatibility
- Validating successful migration and user acceptance
- Maintain accurate documentation of each migration, including asset tracking and ticket updates
- Provide deskside support for post-migration issues, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with IT security and privacy policies
Top Skills & Qualifications
- Required: Documented experience working with Windows 10/11
- Preferred: CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification
- Strong customer service and communication skills in a clinical or enterprise environment
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with imaging tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT) and remote support platforms is a plus
