Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform hands-on Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations, including:
    • Backing up and restoring user data
    • Installing and configuring Windows 11
    • Reinstalling applications and ensuring compatibility
    • Validating successful migration and user acceptance
  • Maintain accurate documentation of each migration, including asset tracking and ticket updates
  • Provide deskside support for post-migration issues, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with IT security and privacy policies

Top Skills & Qualifications
  1. Required: Documented experience working with Windows 10/11
  2. Preferred: CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification
  3. Strong customer service and communication skills in a clinical or enterprise environment
  4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
  5. Familiarity with imaging tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT) and remote support platforms is a plus

This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
