Job Title: Java Full Stack Architect

Location: Dallas/TX (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
Design and build scalable, high-performance Java applications.
Lead architecture and integration across enterprise systems.
Define coding standards and mentor developers.
Collaborate with business teams and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:
13+ years Java/J2EE experience
Expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, Kafka/RabbitMQ
Strong cloud experience (AWS or Azure)
Proficient with Oracle/PostgreSQL/MongoDB
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have:
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
Background in finance/insurance domains
Familiarity with front-end tech (React/Angular)
