About the Role
We are seeking 4 Helpdesk Engineers and 1 Team Lead to support a global biotech company specializing in live organ donor transport. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role requiring advanced technical skills and white-glove service. You'll be part of a critical IT support team ensuring smooth operations across a global infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support for both Mac and Windows environments.
- Handle software and hardware break/fix issues.
- Build and deploy new system images.
- Manage incidents and update/close tickets in the ITSM platform.
- Perform installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC).
- Troubleshoot OS configuration issues, reinstall software, drivers, and add-ins.
- Execute PowerShell scripts and manage updates.
- Support identity and access management using Active Directory, OKTA, and Entra ID.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of helpdesk or desktop support experience.
- Strong customer service and white-glove support skills.
- Proficiency in:
- PowerShell scripting
- Active Directory (group creation, app assignment)
- Office 365 administration
- Windows and Mac OS
- OKTA, JAMF, MDM, Apple Business Manager, Intune, Azure
- Experience with ITSM ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Bachelor's degree (required).
- Willingness to work nights and weekends.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with AWS.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Prior experience in biotech or healthcare environments.
Team Lead Role (Additional Requirements)
- 7+ years of IT support experience.
- Prior experience managing or coordinating a helpdesk team.
- Strong leadership and scheduling coordination skills.
