Job Title: Lead Java Developer
Location: Remote

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional experience in Java/J2EE development.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services(ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudFormation).
- Solid experience with Mule soft API development, orchestration, and deployment.
- Proficient in RESTful API design, Open API/Swagger specifications.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Familiar with message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases(PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based microservices on cloud infrastructure (AWS).
- Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and product teams to design scalable backend systems.
- Drive API development and integrations using Mule soft Any point Platform.
- Manage all phases of the SDLC, ensuring code quality, performance, and security standards.
- Mentor and lead a team of developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.
- Optimize services for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes and improvements.
