Program Manager

This is a 'Consumer Research and Advanced Analytics' team. They are responsible for consumer segmentation - looking at the data of studies where they ask the member population what products they prefer and conduct research on who's likely to leave/stay and why.

• Project/program management
• Organization of programs, including data analysis and/or survey work
• Documenting, aligning best practices, team buy-in
• Creating program/project manual
• Tracking, logging changes and documentation of projects
• Managing and updating survey samples
• Aligning the team of researchers, with schedules, meetings, documentation
• Updating the team, leaders
• Communicating changes and updates

• Background in data/analytics/surveys
• Background in healthcare/insurance/financial services
  
  
  • Complex industries with multiple internal stakeholders/marketing or market research
  
  
• Technology: PPT & MS Teams
• Highly skilled communication/communicator is critical
• Certifications: (Not Required - Highly Preferred) - PMP, Six Sigma, and/or similar
• Experience creating dashboard and/or report cards
• Performing data checks/any Data QA experience

• Background in data/analytics/surveys
