Scope of Project:
Green field Teamcenter PLM & QMS implementation for a medical devices manufacturing
customer. Partnering with customer on successful accomplishment of next-generation
seamless, digital and automated business processes and data management practices across
product value chain from product ideation to research & development to manufacturing to
service in a closed-loop manner to accelerate bringing quality and regulatory compliant products
to market faster and drive improved business success. Implementation majorly focuses on
Part& Doc management, EBOM & MBOM management, BOM management, Change
Management, upstream & downstream integration with CAD, legacy PLM and ERP systems,
Access Control management, Reporting & Analytics. This will be predominantly achieved with
Teamcenter OOTB, configurations and customizations. Facilitate the data migration from legacy
PLM systems to Teamcenter, which includes Data Migration Strategy & Planning, Data
Extraction & Cleansing Support.
Program Manager:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the PLM transformation program, acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) for
the implementation team.
Communicate with stakeholders, plan programs, and manage RAID
Map business processes and design solution architecture.
Provide functional and technical guidance to implementation teams
Drive program scope, schedule, and deliverables.
Collaborate and manage dependencies with internal teams and external third parties,
including product vendors.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Skill Requirements:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in PLM consulting and implementation for various
domains
Experienced in Teamcenter PLM processes, solution mapping, configuration, and
customization
Hands-on experience in the PLM field as a domain consultant or subject matter expert.
Personal - Individual
Use
In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter PLM and other related offerings from Siemens.
Functional knowledge of Teamcenter Schedule Manager application, Security Model
(Access Manager), and Organization.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills to effectively interact with cross-
functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale transformation programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
