Title: Business Analyst (Product Owner)

Location: Greater Hartford CT (Windsor CT)

Restrictions: Contract W2.

Work is performed for defence sector and consent and completion of comprehensive background check is required.

Required Experience:

• 5 8 years as a Business Analyst, with experience playing the role of Product Owner.

Technical Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.

Skills:

• Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Leadership and Influence: Ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve the product vision.
• Project Management: Understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
• Problem-Solving: Strong skills in identifying and resolving issues effectively.
• Empathy: Ability to understand and translate customer needs into actionable requirements.

• JIRA
• Confluence
• Figma

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business requirements.
2. Document requirements using JIRA and Confluence.
3. Plan and conduct requirement grooming sessions.
4. Build the product roadmap and manage the backlog.
5. Oversee product implementation through to closure.
