JOB TITLE: Solution Architect/Senior Developer Service Now

LOCATION: Wood lawn, MD (5 days a week).

One of our federal client based out of Wood lawn, MD is looking for a Service Now Architect.

KEY REQUIRED SKILLS:
Service Now, project management, holds specific certifications listed in requirement.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Work with customers to define strategies to best utilize Service Now services and capabilities.
Develop an agile based work plan and schedule for planning and executing development activities.
Lead team of developers for providing work products and solutions to the customers.
Ensure work products meet customer requirements and expectations.
(Basic Qualifications)
8+ years of experience as a Service Now Developer developing Service Now solutions across all platform applications, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgt, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR
5+ years of experience as a Service Now Solutions Architect.
5+ years of experience with integrating Service Now with other applications or data sources.
5+ years of experience in designing and leading complex solutions and integrations.
3+ years of experience leading development teams. Extensive understanding of system architecture and design principles
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience with the US Federal Government
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.
* Selected candidate must be willing to work on-site in Wood lawn, MD 5 days a week.

Service Now Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect preferred.
Certification in one or more additional mainline certifications, with preference for the following:

CIS Discovery
CIS Service Mapping
CIS Strategic Portfolio Management
CIS Application Portfolio Management
CIS Software Asset Management
CIS Hardware Asset Management
HOW TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD (Desired Skills)
Showcase your knowledge of modern development through the following experience or skills:
Experience with Web development, including technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular and JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java
Experience with implementing Java scripting to support automation across the various modules in Service Now
Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols
Experience with Business Rules, workflow, Identification Rules, and Work spaces.
