Job Description - Job Title: Project Manager - Transformation Management Office Location: 2 days/week onsite in Miramar, FL -Local preferred Duration: 06+ Months Contract Visa: & GC MOI: Zoom, 2 rounds

Must:
Must have excellent, clear communication - this is critical for this role as they will be regularly interacting with all levels of stakeholders
5+ years of experience in Project Management
6 years of experience as a Project Manager at a distribution company
Experience with Assessments to improve processes and increase efficiency within the company

Responsibilities:
Manage complex business process improvement projects by developing and implementing comprehensive
project plans and overseeing cross-functional teams.
Analyzing workflows and systems, facilitating stakeholder engagement, managing project resources,
fostering collaboration, providing leadership and mentorship, and ensuring adherence to project
management best practices, methodologies, and standards.
Identify and analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for
improvement and efficiency gains.
Proactively identify, assess, and report on program risks by collecting input from various stakeholders,
forming an independent viewpoint and communicating potential escalations to the PMO lead.
Monitor project performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, measure
success, and identify areas for optimization.
Prepare materials for governance routines

Requirements:
Domain Experience
6+ years in distribution company with experience in aligned function
3+ years experience in program management/PMO roles
Deep understanding of digital transformation projects at global corporations preferred, including trends,
challenges and best practices.
Proven track record of leading successful transformation initiatives.
Bachelor s degree required
Strong digital and process aptitude
Proficiency in MS office tools and Project Place
Proven leadership skills with cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills to manage C-level stakeholders and ensure alignment
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests and deadlines
Analytical and structured thinking ability, balanced with attention to detail to successfully plan and
oversee complex and large-scale projects/programs
