Tech Lead

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Tech Lead for a 1 year position with our client out of St. Paul, MN.

Summary:
As a Tech Lead, you will help develop large-scale distributed farm credit applications to meet our client's critical and complex mission need. You will work alongside a multi-disciplinary Agile development team well-versed in modern software development, utilizing cloud-based technologies, and streamlining deployments via DevSecOps to support our growing user-base in operations.

Contribute to the technology-stack of the Agile team by sharing knowledge and reviewing pull-requests.

Contribute to development of core packages (both NuGet and Javascript) that will be used across other development teams within SunStream.

A Tech Lead will be expected to learn the applications they are affiliated with and be able to speak to them and demonstrate them with end-users both internally and externally. You will also be expected to speak to the business value of the applications we provide for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Product Owner, Business Analysts, and Technical Leads to turn functional stories into software deliverables that solve key business problems.
• Prompt discovery team with questions needing to be answered for effective development.
• Peer review code for other members on the team

Qualifications:
Key Experience(s)

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field
• 7 - 10 years of related experience
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job

Key Skill(s):

• Knowledge of .Net (6 or later), JavaScript, C#, MS SQL, and No SQL
• Experience with Javascript framework or library (React, Angular, View, etc.)
• Experience with Cloud development (Azure preferred)
• Experience with Service Bus or Pub/Sub development
• Ability to mentor other developers
• Knowledge of business application and development best practices.
• Effective communication skills to clearly and concisely convey technical information to customers and to share ideas, solutions and feedback with team.
• Effective interpersonal, analytical, organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to apply a methodical and logical approach to problem solving.
• Ability to coordinate tasks to meet established deadlines.
• Ability to foster collaborative working relationships with business clients, operations, security, and vendors.
• Demonstrates initiative to remain technically relevant.
• Quick learner who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to solve complex problems independently

Key Technology /Certification(s):

• None Required but CSPO a plus as is SAFe certified
• ADO experience a plus

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $85-$90/Hr.
We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
