Title: Cold Chain Solution Architect (Pharma Manufacturing)
Location: NJ/PA or Remote (EST Hours)
Duration: 6+ Months
Type: Contract (Independent Contractors Only)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cold Chain Solution Architect with strong expertise in the Pharma Manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining and delivering technology solutions aligned with GxP and IT SDLC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business process owners to define the product roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals.
Conduct workshops to gather and document business requirements, and create current/future state process flows.
Collaborate with IT Architects and Development teams to design and build solutions.
Ensure compliance with GxP and IT SDLC processes throughout all stages.
Work independently while managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring timely delivery.

Must Have Skills:

Strong background in Pharma Manufacturing, GxP, and IT SDLC.
Proven experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Business Analysis.
Hands-on experience in External Manufacturing and Cold Chain environments.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience shaping IT product roadmaps within regulated industries.
Ability to work independently across global teams and business units.
