Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financial RMCS Lead to drive end-to-end implementation and functional leadership for Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Revenue Management, Billing, and Accounting rules, guiding the project from requirements through deployment while ensuring alignment with business needs and Oracle best practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle RMCS implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

  • Provide functional leadership in configuring Revenue Management processes, including:

    • Revenue contracts and recognition

    • Billing and invoicing

    • Subscriptions and recurring revenue management

    • Accounting rules and compliance

  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business teams to understand revenue processes and translate them into Oracle RMCS solutions.

  • Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials.

  • Work closely with technical teams to integrate RMCS with ERP, AR/AP, and CRM systems.

  • Support UAT sessions, resolve functional issues, and ensure smooth go-live and hypercare support.

  • Mentor junior functional consultants and provide guidance on Oracle RMCS best practices.

  • Ensure solutions are compliant with accounting standards and organizational policies.


Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Financial Cloud implementations.

  • Proven experience as a Functional Lead in Oracle RMCS or Revenue Management projects.

  • Strong knowledge of Revenue Management, Billing, Contract Management, and Revenue Recognition.

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud configuration for RMCS modules.

  • Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.

  • Ability to start immediately.


Preferred Skills

  • Oracle RMCS or Financial Cloud certifications.

  • Experience with multi-country or multi-currency implementations.

  • Exposure to integration with ERP, CRM, and billing systems.

  • Prior consulting experience with large enterprise clients.


Travel Requirement

  • Role is primarily remote, with milestone-based travel to client site (expenses covered).
