Role: SRE Manager
Location: San Ramon, CA (Day 1 Onsite)
Contract Type: C2C / W2
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SRE operations for eCommerce/Retail platforms.
Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams and customer leadership.
Ensure availability, monitoring, incident/change management, RCA handling.
Work with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy) and monitoring platforms (New Relic, PagerDuty, Splunk, AppDynamics, etc.).
Drive production support across L1, L2, and L3.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong SRE Lead/Manager experience in Retail/eCommerce.
Hands-on in Production Application Support.
Proficiency in monitoring, logging, and incident response.
Knowledge of ITIL, SRE principles, and cloud monitoring tools.
Strong leadership, reporting, and communication skills.
Shopify/Blue Yonder platform experience.
Hands-on with Postman.
Runbook/SOP building expertise.
