Job Details

Role: SRE Manager
Location: San Ramon, CA (Day 1 Onsite)
Contract Type: C2C / W2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SRE operations for eCommerce/Retail platforms.

  • Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams and customer leadership.

  • Ensure availability, monitoring, incident/change management, RCA handling.

  • Work with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy) and monitoring platforms (New Relic, PagerDuty, Splunk, AppDynamics, etc.).

  • Drive production support across L1, L2, and L3.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong SRE Lead/Manager experience in Retail/eCommerce.

  • Hands-on in Production Application Support.

  • Proficiency in monitoring, logging, and incident response.

  • Knowledge of ITIL, SRE principles, and cloud monitoring tools.

  • Strong leadership, reporting, and communication skills.

  • Shopify/Blue Yonder platform experience.

  • Hands-on with Postman.

  • Runbook/SOP building expertise.
