Full Stack AI Web Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python and proven experience building and maintaining production-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge across frameworks, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms, while demonstrating agility in handling both frontend and backend stacks. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of end-to-end development with a security-first, DevOps-enabled mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, production-ready applications using Python and modern frameworks.
• Build and maintain clean, reusable, and efficient code for both frontend and backend.
• Develop user-friendly, responsive web interfaces with modern UX/UI technologies (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Architect and manage relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL systems (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Design and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless communication across systems.
• Implement SecDevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud-native deployment.
• Collaborate with product, data engineering, and ML teams to integrate advanced data processing and AI capabilities into customer-facing applications.
• Ensure application security, performance optimization, and observability through monitoring and logging.
• Actively participate in design reviews, code reviews, and agile sprint planning.
• Must have hands on development using open source and/or tools that are suited for on-prem/hybrid cloud development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on full stack development experience with production-grade applications.
• Proficiency in Python for backend development, including frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong expertise in database design, query optimization, and data modeling across SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra).
• Frontend development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with secure coding practices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and systems integration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ML pipelines, model deployment, or integrating AI into applications.
• Background in data engineering (ETL pipelines, big data processing).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and message queues.
• Contribution to open-source projects or experience with scaling large distributed systems.

• Agentic AI framework experience is a plus
• Previous work experience in aerospace & defense
• Collaboratively work with multiple engineers and customer architecture teams - Data architecture, Data scientists, full stack and project team to deliver to the project outcomes
• Must have coding skills to handle on-prem with independent capabilities and minimal supervisions - All solutions are expected to be hosted, processed, and secured entirely within the organization s physical premises, not in cloud platforms.
• Must have proven track record of working under exigent schedules, with less details present at the start of the project
• Some travel to the customer may be required (<10% of time) for multiple needs - software bring up, changes and so on.
