What role will you play?
As an engineer on the team, you'll apply your technical expertise to design, build, and deliver high-quality software systems that support our Commodities business and clients. You'll develop a deep understanding of commodities trading by working closely with our trading desks, helping to drive impactful business outcomes. With a strong sense of ownership and accountability, you'll collaborate with senior stakeholders to uncover new opportunities, using technology to enable revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.

What you offer:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for understanding complex business challenges and developing comprehensive, effective solutions.
- Over 3 years of professional engineering experience using Python in a commercial environment; C++ experience is a plus.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working in business-facing roles.
- Demonstrated capability in identifying and mitigating both operational and technical risks.
- Committed to high code quality and best practices, with experience in automated testing and enterprise CI/CD and DevOps toolchains.
