How You Will Make An Impact:

• Oversee 1-4 concurrent Data and Analytics projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop, validate, and manage Agile project plans to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Manage Scrum and Kanban teams using Azure DevOps Boards - including sprint coordination, backlog grooming, dashboards, and agile metrics reporting.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Track and manage financials using Clarity: monitor project budgets, actuals, ETCs, and support portfolio-level reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources, ensure timely risk mitigation, and manage RAID items proactively.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with technical leads, business stakeholders, and executives.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices within the team and across the organization.
• Prepare and deliver project status updates, budget insights, and resourcing forecasts to senior leadership.

Are You A Scrum Master & Azure DevOps Rock Star?

• Must-Have Experience:
• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience, including management of both Agile and Waterfall projects.
• 5+ years managing complex IT initiatives, particularly in application development and software implementation.
• Proven track record leading multiple Scrum and Kanban teams using Azure DevOps Boards.
• Experience facilitating PI Planning sessions and managing team boards with Mural.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Project, Excel (lookups, pivots, formatting), SharePoint, MS Teams, and the Office Suite.
• Financial project tracking expertise - monitoring actuals, ETCs, and aligning spend with baselines.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead status reporting and deliverable tracking at both team and portfolio levels.
• Preferred Experience:
• Experience with CA PPM Clarity for financial and resource reporting.
• Hands-on exposure to ServiceNow and Confluence for documentation and workflow.
• Knowledge of Data & Analytics project lifecycles, including master data management and architecture strategy.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, DevOps, and user-centered design approaches.
