Job Details
Title: IT Vendor Management Analyst Professional Services
Location: Austin, TX/Maplewood, MN
Duration: 12 Months++ (Possible Extension)
Skills / Qualifications:
- Proven experience within the IT Professional Services IT Category supporting Contract development and managing a library of contracts, including renewal handling.
- Strong contract interpretation and drafting / re-drafting ability.
- Experience supporting a portfolio of Renewal Contracts and scheduling renewals with internal stakeholders in advance of term expiration.
- Strong understanding of the different categories and types of Professional Services Agreements including Managed Capacity, Fixed SOW, Managed Services, Staff Augmentation and Consulting.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Prefer 5-7 years of experience in IT Vendor Management, with the listed skillsets herein.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be successful in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and effort simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced with Vendor Management software and contract lifecycle management tools, preferred.
- Bachelor s degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field, preferred.
