two driven, skilled Low Voltage Technicians to join our commercial installation team. If you're passionate about hands-on work, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to grow with a company that promotes from within, this is your chance to make an impact.
What You'll Do- Install and maintain low voltage systems: telecom, security, audio/video, and data cabling.
- Terminate and run Cat5/Cat6 cables, punch down blocks, and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams to execute clean, code-compliant installs.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations.
- Work across exciting commercial construction sites-new builds and renovations.
What You Bring1+ year of commercial low voltage experience Proven skills in Cat5/Cat6 termination, wiring, and telecom installs
Strong troubleshooting ability and attention to detail
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Growth mindset, punctuality, and a solid work ethic
Based in or near
Nashville, TNBonus Skills (Nice to Have)- CCTV and access control installation
- Security hardware experience
- Familiarity with commercial construction environments

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
