Seeking a skilled Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, experience working in an AWS environment, and a passion for creating scalable and efficient applications. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions, with a focus on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-performance Java applications, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs in existing applications.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Continuously research and implement new technologies to improve development processes.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team development discussions.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Proficient in Java, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Expertise in AWS service.- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Strong communication skills to effectively share ideas and discuss technical concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
