Job Description:
Oversees the project scope, collaborating with business sponsors and sponsor users, identifying personas, defining the minimum viable product (MVP), and formulating hypotheses.
Manages and maintains visibility of the product backlog, prioritizing requirements for future development.
Defines, writes, and ranks user stories to guide the design and development process.
Iteratively prioritizes and coordinates items within the product backlog.
Serves as a point of contact for the development team to address questions regarding customer needs and perspectives on feature implementation.
Partners with designers to enhance user experience, participates in reviews with sponsor users and stakeholders, and contributes throughout user testing phases.
Reviews and accepts user stories, determining when deliverables meet desired outcomes.
Makes production launch decisions and collaborates on the "Go To Market" strategy.
Works alongside the Squad Lead during biweekly Iteration Planning Meetings.
Demonstrates strong expertise in the discovery, identification, and documentation of APIs.
Coordinates with multiple IT and business units to gather and document API requirements.
Develops requirements and test scenarios for automated API test suites.
Exhibits proficiency in Agile or other rapid application development methodologies.
Preferably possesses 3 5 years of project coordination experience and prior experience within the airline industry.
Applies technical knowledge to address relevant business needs effectively.
Communicates professionally with management, staff, and customers, exercising sound judgment and reasoning skills.
Independently delivers high-quality results, efficiently translating plans into actionable steps using established methodologies.
Proactively monitors and controls task status by analyzing data to anticipate and resolve obstacles.
Displays exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, maintaining a strong customer focus.
Provides coaching and mentorship on business processes and testing practices.

Drafting comprehensive stories spanning user interactions, system integrations, and APIs.
Analyzing and documenting process changes and recommending re-engineering approaches to align technical solutions with business objectives.
