Job Description:
  • Responsible for systems analysis
  • Design, Coding, Unit Testing and other SDLC activities.
  • Requirement gathering and understanding, Analyze and convert functional requirements into concrete technical tasks and able to provide reasonable effort estimates.
  • Works proactively, independently and with global teams to address project requirements, and articulate issues/challenges with enough lead time to address project delivery risks.
  • Providing expertise in technical analysis and solving technical issues during project delivery.
  • Code reviews, test case reviews and ensure code developed meets the requirements.
  • Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques, Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases.
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Filter and "clean" data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.

  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
  • Support activities, functions, or duties, as they arise.
  • 4-5+ years of experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (e.g., Business Objects), databases/Scripting (e.g., Oracle, Python, PL-Sql), and programming (e.g., XML or ETL frameworks).
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS).
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
