What does a great Incident Management Business Process Analyst do?
The Technical Business Process Analyst will analyze and assist with the management of Payment and E-bill incidents. They will proactively monitor the payment and ebill environments to identify and respond to potential payment incidents. Will utilize their analytical abilities and system process knowledge to research payment and E-bill issues. Will determine the appropriate course of action in order to minimize client impact for missing or mis directed E-bills or payments. Will work closely with various business unit partners to effectively communicate incident impact and resolution steps. Liaison with Biller Operations Organization, Client Development Organization, Event Management Organization, and the Communications team in support of all Payment/E-Bill Incidents. This is a highly visible position which is key to minimizing both the financial and customer impacts resulting from payment and E-bill incidents.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 2+ years' experience in E-Payments
- Ability to work multiple projects concurrently within established timelines
- Ability to understand financial impacts of projects and initiatives
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Project Management, database knowledge in QMF/SQL, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Proficient in SQL and TOAD.
Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:
- Four-year college degree
- Background knowledge in the E-Payments and E-Bill environments a plus.
- Effectively communicate through written and oral reports to all levels of management, clients, and sponsors.
- Ability to work in a rapidly growing and changing team environment
- Excellent analytical skills
