About the role
As a Chief SAP ISU Testing Architect, you will make an impact by designing and implementing SAP IS-Utilities solutions ensuring seamless integration and functionality. You will be a valued member of the SAP ISU team and work collaboratively with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and project managers.
In this role, you will:

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP IS-Utilities solutions to meet business requirements in the energy and Utilities domains.
  • Oversee the testing and defect management processes to ensure high-quality deliverables and system performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications and technical solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP ISU manual testing to ensure comprehensive test coverage and defect identification.
  • Manage the integration of SAP IS-Utilities with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.

What you need to have to be considered

  • Extensive experience in SAP IS-Utilities testing and manual testing methodologies.
  • Strong expertise in test and defect management processes and tools.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management and effective communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the energy trading and engineering & construction domains.
  • Minimum of 16 years of relevant experience in the field.

  • SAP Certified Application Associate - Utilities with SAP ERP.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions.
  • Ability to monitor industry trends and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Experience in managing hybrid work models and team collaboration.
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $219,000 - $257,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
